We have sewn these patterns as big as 20", and as small as 12" with no issues. Remember to slow down and use a reduced stitch length for best results.

Irena Bluhm is know for her award winning whole cloth quilts with their stunning motifs. Now, we've worked with her to adapt one of her elements to be used as an edge to edge pattern. It is detailed and quite elegant! Provided 12" high, we sewed this design as large as 18" and as small as 8" high with great results. It is highly recommended that you slow your speed and shorten your stitch length to get best results from this pattern.

KD1076 - Animal Train 1 - Mix-N-Match Set

All the individual components to build your OWN custom animal train!

Every pattern in this set is designed to link with every other. You can create special trains of all one type of animal or mix and match for your own custom look. Each pattern features the exact same start point from the BASE of the pattern. If you were to sew them one after the other, all the wheels would line up on the imaginary "track". Two versions are included - one with a long lead that gives more space between patterns, and on with a short lead. Patterns provided 10" high, but we sewed them as small as 6" with no loss in detail providing we slowed down and shortened stitch length.
